We all hear about the digestive benefits of yogurt and how they are loaded with probiotics that we need for a healthy gut. But the yogurt that actually possesses these probiotics, and won't load our bodies full of saturated fat and/or loads of sugar, can be very hard to choke down on a consistent basis.
I struggled for years to incorporate greek yogurt into my diet because I refused to put the sugars and sythetic flavors into my body - but then something happened! Tinkering around in the kitchen one day I had an idea. And the result is one of my favorite treats/snacks of all time.
